Can I place a real order?
Yes, once secure online payments are switched on. If checkout shows as unavailable, no order or payment can be made yet.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, and all prices are in GBP.
How much is delivery?
£4.99 for standard parcels and £39.00 for orders containing a large appliance. See Shipping & Delivery.
Can I cancel or return an item?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to send goods back. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellation.
What if my appliance is faulty?
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
