Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026. Please read these terms before ordering. They apply to every order placed on this website. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
1. About us
This website is run by CLICKNBUY SHOP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17539134. Registered office and trading address: 95 Melrose Avenue, Mitcham, England, CR4 2ED. Phone +44 7460 630113, email support@clicknbuyshop.uk.
We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over and a consumer living in the United Kingdom, with a UK delivery address. We do not sell to addresses outside the UK.
3. Products
- Product photos are for illustration only; the item you receive may look slightly different. Check the written description and specifications.
- Please check measurements, power supply and installation needs before ordering.
- All items are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. How the contract is formed
- You add items to your basket and go to checkout, where the total including delivery is shown.
- You confirm you have read these terms and pay on Stripe's secure page. This is your offer to buy.
- The contract is formed when we confirm payment has been received, shown on the confirmation page and by email.
We may refuse an order (for example if the address is outside our delivery area or there is an obvious pricing error). If we do, we will refund you in full.
5. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price and delivery charge shown at checkout are what you pay, with no hidden fees. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe. We accept the cards and methods shown on the Stripe payment page. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. See Payments & Security.
7. Delivery
Delivery costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days. If we do not, you may cancel and get a full refund. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery; you own them once we have received full payment.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have 14 days after delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Full details, return costs and the model cancellation form are in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy.
9. Faulty goods
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, explained in our returns policy. We do not offer an extended warranty or guarantee beyond your legal rights.
10. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact and delivery details.
- Make sure someone is available to receive large deliveries and that there is safe access.
- Install and use appliances according to the manufacturer's instructions. Electrical and plumbing work should be carried out by a qualified person.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather or courier strikes). We will tell you and keep the delay to a minimum. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel for a full refund.
13. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for fraud. Content on this website belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
14. Complaints
Please contact us first; see our Complaints page for how we handle them.
15. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy & Cookies notice.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on the website when you placed your order applies to that order.
17. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
