Where we deliver
United Kingdom addresses only. Some remote areas (for example parts of the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) may need different arrangements; if so, we would tell you before you pay.
Delivery costs

A single delivery charge applies per order. The charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place an order.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates in working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from when your payment is confirmed. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Large appliance delivery
- Delivery is to the ground floor or front door unless otherwise agreed. Installation, connection and removal of old appliances are not included.
- Please measure doorways, stairs and the installation space before ordering.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery and contact us at support@clicknbuyshop.uk as soon as possible if anything is damaged or missing. This does not affect your statutory rights. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellation.
