Payments & Security

1. How you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure, hosted payment page. You can pay with the cards and methods Stripe shows at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

2. Your card details

Your card details are entered only on Stripe's page and are never sent to or stored by us. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest payment security standard. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (for example with 3D Secure).

3. Currency, VAT and charges

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
• CLICKNBUY SHOP LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
• The total at checkout includes delivery. There are no extra fees from us.

4. What appears on your statement

The payment will appear on your bank or card statement under the business name shown on the Stripe payment page. If you do not recognise a payment, contact us at support@clicknbuyshop.uk before contacting your bank.

5. Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed only once Stripe tells us your payment succeeded. You will see a confirmation page with your order reference and receive a confirmation email. If your payment fails or you leave the payment page, you are not charged and no order is placed.

6. Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, normally within 14 days (see Returns, Refunds & Cancellation). Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.
